Giga Adamia to Deliver Competition Law in Energy Course at the Energy Training Center

Giga Adamia, Managing Partner of TB Legal, will deliver the course “Competition Law in Energy” at the Elizbar Eristavi Energy Training Center.

The course is designed to introduce participants to the core principles of competition law, its enforcement mechanisms, and its practical relevance to the energy sector and other regulated markets.

I. Competition Law in Regulated Sectors

The course will address key areas of competition law, including abuse of dominance, cartels and other restrictive agreements, merger control, and issues related to the enforcement of competition rules.

Particular attention will be given to the application of competition law in the energy sector and other regulated industries, where the interaction between market regulation and competition rules has significant practical importance.

II. Combining Legal Theory and Practical Experience

The course is intended for professionals from the public and private sectors, lawyers, business representatives, and others interested in the application and enforcement of competition law.

Alongside the relevant legal framework, the course will focus on the practical application of competition rules and legal issues arising in regulated markets.

Delivering the course forms part of Giga Adamia’s broader academic and professional work in competition law and further reflects TB Legal’s expertise at the intersection of competition law and energy regulation.
