Dr. Giga Adamia - Founder, Managing Partner, TB Legal
Dr. Adamia is a Georgian-qualified lawyer holding a PhD in Law and two LL.M. degrees, including an LL.M. from the University of Cologne, Germany.
His professional experience combines private legal practice, senior public-sector and regulatory positions, international professional experience and academic research.
Before establishing his private legal practice, he held senior positions at the Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission and the Georgian Competition Agency. His work has covered commercial and corporate matters, competition law, energy regulation, public procurement, contractual relationships and regulatory disputes.
Alongside his legal practice, Dr. Adamia is active in legal education and research. He advises clients in Georgian, English and German, with a particular focus on commercial and regulatory matters affecting businesses and investors.
He represents TB Legal within IR Global in the Commercial Law practice area for Georgia.
