Founder of the Firm
The founder of the firm is Dr. Giga Adamia – a Doctor of Law, professor, and practicing lawyer with extensive local and international experience. Since 2017, he has been a member of the Georgian Bar Association and a licensed attorney specializing in civil and administrative law.
Alongside his diverse legal advisory and advocacy practice, his professional experience includes leading positions in both the public and private sectors. He has broad local and international experience in private legal practice, enforcement of competition law, regulation of the energy sector, and civil and corporate law. In these fields, he is also the author of several academic publications.
Dr. Adamia is also a legal researcher and an Affiliated Assistant Professor at the Caucasus University School of Law. His main research areas include competition law, energy law, and civil law.
In parallel with his legal practice, he is actively engaged in academic teaching at the Caucasus University School of Law, where he lectures in both undergraduate and master’s programs. His courses include Introduction to Civil Law, Property Law, General Part of the Law of Obligations, Statutory Obligations, Competition Law, and others.
He defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic:
“The Qualification of Exclusive Vertical Restraints as Anticompetitive Agreements and Their Legal Consequences under Georgian, German, and European Union Competition Law.”
